Students first test their problem-solving skills with quick checks like the one you see below. They can start by entering their answers and having the system check them. If they need help, the system works with them as they proceed, with students entering their work at each step. The system supplies hints and links to relevant whiteboards at each step. They can also see the solution to a problem but the integrated scoring system gives them no credit. Later, they are posed similar problems in Kinetic homework.
Scoring lets all know the results, including what problems have been attempted, and what problems have been successfully completed. Links take you to more details about performance or to the relevant sections.
