Q: I ordered the product, how do I access it?
A: Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you should receive an email containing the links to access your account. If you have not received this email, please view the email in your Kinetic Books web store account. Your initial email and password for logging in will be the same as your web store account.

Q: How do I use the material with my student?
A: We have created the pacing guide to help you and your student work through the material by dividing it into 1 - 2 hour lessons, depending on your child. You are welcome to take them at your own pace.

Q: How can I print the lessons?
A: There is a link at the bottom of the pacing guide that provides an Adobe pdf of the lessons. You will need the Adobe Reader to view this file and print from it. If you do not have the Adobe Reader, you can find it on the Adobe web site.

Q: Where are the answers?
A: The answers to every Quick Check in the sections can be found in the Quick Check itself, just click on "Step," then click on "Help," then click on "Study solution." Answers to the End of Unit Problems can be found via the link at the bottom of the Pacing Guide. Answers to quizzes and tests will show after the questions once the quiz or test is submitted.

Q: What is the role of end of unit problems?
A: They provide optional supplementary material. Students have quick checks, kinetic homework, quizzes, tests, cumulative tests and so on, and are scored on all of these. If you wish your child to have more problems to solve, end of unit problems are another resource.

Q: How do I print out the student’s scores?
A: To print a complete set of homework scores for your student, simply select "Homework scores" at the bottom of the Pacing Guide. This will provide you with their scores in spreadsheet form, which you can then save and print. A similar file is available for "Quiz and Test scores."

Q: My hard drive died, now what do I do?
A: All of your student's progress and scoring is kept on our servers. This allows you to access the content from multiple computers without worry. If you decide to move to a different computer, or your computer crashes, just refer to your email (or web store account) for the download location of the installer and you are welcome to install on any additional computers you like.
